Love your writing. What do you do around Santa, Easter bunny, leprechauns etc? We don’t celebrate those holidays but when my kid comes home from school all excited to share about what she “learned” I am torn. I try to say general things and say some people believe or it is fun to believe. Interested in your thoughts.
Recommendations for a family with a 5-year-old and a 21-month-old who will be visiting NYC from July 10 to Aug 2? We’ll be staying around 13th street and 5th Avenue in Brooklyn. Anything from things to do or see or eat to unique souvenirs… for context , I’m Asian-American and my partner is German, and we live in Berlin. Thanks!
How did you get your kids over the hump to actually enjoy reading? Also, how do people find time to exercise with jobs and kids (without getting up at 5am to do it)?
My daughter had lice TWICE growing up and gave it to my son and myself. I highly recommend whatever lice salon is local to you; they usually require two treatments but they do the intensive work so the nightly checks you do are much easier. Also, the lice salon lady told me that siblings, moms and baby sitters usually get lice but dads don’t 🤔 and it was true in our case, again, TWICE.
